James M Plant. There are no records of a James Plant being born or living around the Wokingham area at the time of the war. It is possible James married and his wife moved to the area after the war and wanted his name remembered when the list was being compiled. Even here we have been unable to obtain any records of a marriage which would hint at a connection.
